Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who was a part of The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her an undergraduate degree in Theatre and Communication. When she moved from Missouri to Los Angeles, she became engaged in theater as she began performing as well as choreographing over 2 dozen plays and musicals such as The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera in addition to seven titles performances in the Award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly began landing television and film roles while she was studying the art of improvisation through The Groundlings. She also was a part of Theatre West. Her unique voice, and small size made it possible for Kelly to develop a diverse range of colorful characters. Her collaboration alongside Naomi Watts as Samara the antagonist on The Ring 2 is well acknowledged, however, she's better recognized for playing the vibrant receptionist of Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a regular on TV The Land sitcom The Exes from 2011 to 2015. The show featured Kelly as the paralegal by day, and a party hopper at late at night. Additionally, she played the sassy sister of Alyssa on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the The CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the mother of a stressed suburban family. She sang soprano in several cartoons such as Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. Her most recent role was that of the dim and lovable Cloud 9 staffer on NBC popular comedy Superstore. Her private life is one that is quite quiet, with her two sons who are younger than 5 years old. She enjoys sewing and write and volunteers for various school functions.
